Chargers and trades: If you are looking for a sleeper team to make a trade before Tuesday's trade deadline, don't count out the San Diego Chargers. General manager A.J. Smith is one of the few aggressive traders during the season and might be looking for help along the offensive line or on defense. A trade might not be major, but the Chargers are shopping.
