Byrnes WRs are still underrated

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.-- If there was any question that receivers Jazz King and Torian Richardson (Duncan, S.C./James F. Byrnes) were a bit under the radar as far as recruiting is concerned, that question was answered on a national stage Friday night.

King and Richardson both have scholarship offers from BCS conference programs. Ole Miss has offered King. Mississippi State, Michigan State, Louisville, Rutgers and Syracuse are among those that have offered Richardson. However, you simply don't hear as much about the pair as much as you do about five-star running back Marcus Lattimore or ESPNU 150 defensive linemen Corey Miller and Brandon Willis.

Both are polished, fast receivers who know how to get open and run routes. Any college that runs anything close to a sophisticated, wide-open passing attack based on timing may want to give this pair a hard look.
