Tressel getting a jump on 2011 class Friday, October 30, 2009 \| Print Entry Posted by Bill Kurelic Ohio State coach Jim Tressel is off and running on his 2011 recruiting class. On Thursday, ESPNU Watch List defensive end Steve Miller (Canton, Ohio/McKinley) committed to the Buckeyes over scholarship offers from Notre Dame, Florida, West Virginia, Stanford, Tennessee, UCLA, Nebraska, Michigan State and Purdue, among others. The 6-foot-5, 220-pounder made 116 tackles, including six sacks during his sophomore season. He has 78 tackles and eight sacks in seven games this season.
