Andrews' departure unlikely to hurt FSU

So far, there has been very little negative reaction in terms of recruiting to the official announcement of the retirement of longtime Florida State defensive coordinator Mickey Andrews.

This was a move that had been expected and anticipate since the summer and sources close to the Seminoles program believe that the Florida State coaching staff has done a good job heading off any questions.

The Noles are major players for multiple elite defensive prospects, including Under Armour All-Americans Lamarcus Joyner (Fort Lauderdale, Fla./Saint Thomas Aquinas) and Christian Jones (Winter Park, Fla./Lake Howell).
