One of the more underrated prospects in the state of Louisiana is quarterback and receiver Duece Coon (Baton Rouge, La./Redemptorist). The 6 foot, 180-pound playmaker has flown under the radar for much of the season. He is beginning to see his recruitment pick up.
"I have offers from Miami (Ohio), McNeese State, Northwestern State, University of Central Arkansas that I know of," said Coon.
A new school in the mix is Southern Mississippi, which stopped by Redemptorist on Monday to take a closer look at Coon.
