• There have been rumors that Under Armour All-American receiver
Kadron Boone (Ocala, Fla./Trinity Catholic), a Texas Tech commit, may schedule official visits to other schools. Boone said on Wednesday that he was firmly committed, but did not rule out making some official visits. "I don't know just yet," he said.
• Maryland is now the leader for offensive lineman
Max Garcia (Norcross, Ga./Norcross) after his official visit there during the weekend. Garcia plans to visit Vanderbilt and Clemson before making a final decision.
