A talk with international baseball expert Joel Araujo

In his role as specialist of international baseball operations for Major League Baseball, Joel Araujo is often at the forefront of the Latin American amateur market's most difficult issues. While it's his colleague Lou Melendez who serves as MLB's vice president of international operations, it's Araujo who handles most of the legalities for Latin American amateur signings. In a Q&A with La Esquina, Araujo recounts his journey to MLB, explains his role in professional baseball and offers some advice for young Latinos.
