Has Penn State wrapped up the top class in the Big Ten with Khairi Fortt's (Stamford, Conn./Stamford) commitment?

Certainly Fortt's commitment was huge for Joe Paterno and the odds are fairly good that the Nittany Lions finish with the top recruiting class in the Big Ten. However, it is not certain. Jim Tressel has a shot at too many great prospects to rule out the Buckeyes. Under Armour All-Americans such as linebacker
Jordan Hicks (West Chester, Ohio/Lakota West), defensive back
Lamarcus Joyner (Ft. Lauderdale, Fla./St. Thomas Aquinas) and defensive back
Joshua Shaw (Palmdale, Calif./Palmdale) would make a huge difference if they committed to Ohio State, as well as offensive lineman
Seantrel Henderson (St. Paul, Minn./Cretin-Durnam) the No. 4 prospect on the ESPNU 150. Tressel also has a shot at some other great prospects like offensive lineman
Matt James (Cincinnati, Ohio/St. Xavier) and defensive backs
Latwan Anderson and
Christian Bryant (Cleveland, Ohio/Glenville). Tressel will need to land a good number of those prospects to over take Joe Pa.
