In terms of top-end talent the Cape Cod League was weak this year, with fewer than 10 players who clearly look like first-rounders for the 2010 or 2011 drafts. But it did have some depth for later rounds in the form of relievers and back-end starters. Over the next two days we'll be giving a rundown of the top 30 prospects from the Cape this summer, excluding players who've already signed. We'll be ranking 30-16 on Monday, with 15-1 following on Tuesday.
