OK, I'm buying in.
This -- this! -- is the year Charlie Weis "figures it out." The Irish will win 10 games this year. I know many (OK, almost all of you) will scoff at this and point out that a very similar team last season lost at home to Syracuse, one of the three worst teams in major college football -- or bring up that Weis' biggest "win" since coming to South Bend is actually the close loss to USC in the famous "Bush Push" game. Fine. But the Irish have a couple of factors lined up that will almost ensure a very good record in 2009.
