Heading into Wednesday's high-altitude, high-octane World Cup qualifier in Mexico City, Carlos Bocanegra has already shown his value as captain of the U.S. soccer team. His game-winning header against Honduras in June kept the Yanks on track to qualify in the hexagonal, and he keyed America's shutdown D in the monumental 2-0 upset of Spain in the Confederations Cup semifinal. Given his experience in big matches, he's the perfect Yank to tell us what we should know about the border battle and some fun facts about the inner workings of the U.S. squad.
