Sandwich Awards: It's an all-Buehrle affair

If ever there were one man in baseball who deserved a Sandwich Awards column unto himself, it would be Mark Buehrle.

So we're dispensing with all the other prestigious non-trophies this week -- and devoting this entire Sandwich Award show to him.

The On A Perfect Roll Award

You know, "perfection" isn't a word we're allowed to use a lot, in sports or in real life. But we can use that word now to describe Buehrle, author of the 18th perfect game in baseball history, the 16th since 1900 and only the seventh by a left-handed pitcher.
