The 1985 MLB draft was at least somewhat more successful as a whole than its 1984 counterpart, and there's certainly more star power, including four players with Hall of Fame numbers. Twenty-two of the 28 first-round picks reached the big leagues, while 174 of 832 players selected and 59 of the top 100 made it to the show.
