Five random thoughts:
1. Lance Stephenson goes for 31 and his Brooklyn high school team loses by 20 on ESPN. Yup, that is about right.
2. Brandon Jennings' coach in Italy abruptly resigned. Jennings had some issues with the coach, getting a DNP-CD before playing pretty well in his past two games. The team lost both, but he did have 12 points in each game. Jennings has been struggling from behind the 3-point line (16 percent), but his confidence has yet to be shaken. Jennings' coach was a goner after a five-game losing streak. In Europe, the coach sometimes goes first, but the players can be sent home as well. I am told Jennings is safe.
