Sources indicate Bengals QB Carson Palmer doesn't have a problem that will require Tommy John surgery, but there is a problem. Palmer, who will be out of action for the third time in four weeks when the Bengals face the Steelers in Week 7, visited the New York Mets' team doctor on Monday, knowing that the injury is more familiar to pitchers than quarterbacks.
