The march toward history goes on. And Three Strikes is back with another look at more 2008 History Chasers who may not have dented your radar screen:

STRIKE ONE -- KMART DEPT.: At this point, we're down to only a couple of hermits in South Dakota who haven't noticed that Ryan Howard is on the verge of whiffing 200 times this year. And that's only because the breeze from all those K's doesn't quite carry to Bismarck.

But here's a related development that almost nobody in America has noticed (except for loyal reader Dan Crist):
