Sizing up the voluminous relief market

Elite hitters like Mark Teixeira and Matt Holliday may or may not get traded before the July 31 trade deadline, and we've probably already seen the best of the starting pitching market moved, now that CC Sabathia and Rich Harden have been dealt. But some general managers believe that the commodity that will change hands the most over the next 40 days -- before postseason eligibility is established -- is relief pitching.

Here are some of the relievers who are available, or sort of available for a high price, or not really available but subject to discussion.
