Decision looms for QB prospect

With the recruiting cycle unfolding earlier each year, many of the top high school junior QB prospects have already sorted out their college plans. A few, like Californian Matt Barkley (USC) and Texan Garrett Gilbert (Texas), announced their decisions weeks ago as other coveted quarterbacks try and figure out where they fit best. Meanwhile, coaches scramble to re-assess their recruiting boards. Obviously, the decision-making process can be a grueling one (just ask Terrelle Pryor), but for one strong-armed QB there's even more variables in play.

Brock Osweiler is one of the fastest-rising names in recruiting circles. He's a 6-foot-8, 230-pounder with surprisingly nimble feet and a soft touch. Osweiler has been generating some buzz amongst recruiters, so much so that a few prominent college coaches have told him they'll be making their way to visit him up in ski country in Kalispell, Montana.
