Here is this week's mailbag:

From Nicholas in Atlanta: I am a Michigan Man living in Atlanta. Got a theory on the Big Ten/SEC debate. I have noticed that in regards to defense, SEC teams put very fast players at both safety spots, they blitz free safeties and strong safeties a lot, but they are fast enough to be erasers in the deep middle. Big Ten teams have produced a lot of All-American/All-Pro cornerbacks, but not too many free safeties and strong safeties, therefore not a lot of aggressive defense. Who is the best safety from the Big Ten the past 20 years? Bob Sanders? Mike Doss?
