One thing Clemens can't change

Roger Clemens filed a defamation suit against Brian McNamee, write Mary Flood and David Barron, just before "60 Minutes" aired in Houston.

But that won't change this fact: Clemens' name is in the Mitchell report.

He claims to have witnessed the Commodores' winning football season in 1982 (although anthropologists have not yet confirmed this).
