Bucks' dilemma in Yi standoff

Interesting to hear now that the Guangdong Tigers' unwillingness to let Yi Jianlian play for the Milwaukee Bucks stems from their concern that the Bucks can't properly prepare the 7-footer for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.

Ironic, even.

It's ironic because the Bucks quietly believe that China's obvious need to have Yi as ready as possible for the most important Olympics in the country's history is actually one of the key factors that can help them get him signed in time for training camp in October.
