Raiders eager to unload Moss

How desperate are the Raiders to trade Randy Moss? They called Mike Shanahan of the Broncos. Shanahan and the Raiders have been at odds since Al Davis fired him and the Raiders shorted him several hundred thousand dollars of pay. The Shanahan-Raider rivalry is one of the best in the league. Despite the call, don't expect a Moss-to-Denver trade.

Another Raider on the block: After the Raiders selected tight end Zach Miller in the second round, they told tight end Courtney Anderson, their starter last season, that he's being shopped around. Anderson played 62 percent of the downs last season and has been starter since his rookie season. Anderson was a seventh-round success story from San Jose State. He should draw some interest.
