ATLANTA -- Greetings from the Final Four, where I'm nervously waiting to see how my city handles hosting its first major event since the NBA All-Star Game debacle in 2003. It's funny ... Atlanta is fond of pointing out that it hosts lots of big events, but hosting them well is another matter entirely. Let's hope they do better this time.

(Before we get started, a quick visitor FAQ: That green guck on all the cars and sidewalks? Pollen. The last time it rained here our hockey team was called the Flames. If you have allergies, just stay in your hotel. Actually, if the traffic is as bad as it was in '03, you might not have a choice.)

Anyway, the teams all came in today for a 50-minute open practice for the fans (our Chuck Klosterman was on the scene) and, more importantly, media interviews.
