My thoughts from the Ravens' loss Monday night in Denver:
The first half was a feeling-out process. It was cold. Raining. The field was slick and the footing wasn't great.
Jake Plummer threw two interceptions early, but the Ravens' couldn't capitalize -- getting only three points from these two turnovers.
Tatum Bell was quick and decisive and exploited a rare crevice for some substantial gains. Both defenses played great and field goals were as valuable as gold, but Denver's defense put on a show. The Broncos were flying to the football in swarms, smacking the Ravens' ball carriers in the teeth and eliminating Baltimore's wide receivers with exceptional cornerback play.
