Separation Saturday certainly did live up to its name. The weekend also had a big effect on the weekly conference power-meter. The Pac-10 jumps from fifth to third, while the unthinkable has happened, the Big East goes above the ACC. God, I can't believe I just wrote that line. But I really believe that's the reality. Fans of the ACC can talk all they want about No. 1 draft picks, but their teams simply aren't playing very good football any more.
