The Philadelphia Eagles fleeced the New Orleans Saints by acquiring wide receiver Donte' Stallworth for OLB Mark Simoneau and a fourth-round pick. Depending on both players passing their physicals, the Eagles got the better end of this deal, by far.

Although, Stallworth has been somewhat inconsistent over his career, he has the one trait teams love -- explosive playmaking speed. Stallworth had his most consistent season last year, leading the Saints in receptions (70), receiving yards (945) and touchdown catches (7). His speed and skill set alone will open up a new dimension in Andy Reid's West Coast offense and give QB Donovan McNabb another option opposite Reggie Brown and TE L.J. Smith.

Meanwhile, the Eagles had been looking to replace or trade Simoneau over the last few seasons, and he had an uphill battle to even make the 53-man roster in Philadelphia due to the development of younger players at the position.
