Catching up with David Cutcliffe

It was hard to tell where Miami coach Larry Coker was going when he starting talking about the Boston Celtics. About three months ago, Coker was pontificating about this book written by Red Auerbach about winning championships and making difficult decisions.

Ah, the point of all this.

Coker had, after all, just overhauled his coaching staff. Or, we might say, he had blown up a staff that had been together for years but had committed the South Florida sin of losing three games, including a shellacking at the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl.
