NFL draft breakdown

Since everyone else has their own report cards for the NFL draft, I figured I'd weigh in, too.

I love what the Packers did, especially on Saturday. I think A.J. Hawk is the closest thing to "can't miss" as the NFL gets, and my prediction is that he'll go to at least five Pro Bowls before his career is over. I'm also very high on Boise State tackle Daryn Colledge, who I believe may end up starting as a rookie, and Western Michigan wide receiver Greg Jennings. He has great hands, knows how to get open and is faster than a lot of people gave him credit for. Plus, third-rounders linebacker Abdul Hodge (Iowa) and offensive lineman Jason Spitz (Louisville) also are tough guys who fill big needs. Ingle Martin, the former Florida QB, has a terrific arm and probably will be a better fit around Brett Favre than Aaron Rodgers.
