They're only opinions, but at least they're all mine:

Some things about the new USC season are obvious. Most Irreplaceable Player: Quarterback Matt Barkley. Most Exciting Player: Wide receiver Robert Woods. Most Physical Player: Offensive tackle Matt Kalil.
• Ah, but what about Most Intriguing Player? My vote goes to tailback D.J. Morgan, who has the speed to be the purest home-run threat at the position since whatzhisname. You know, that dazzling little guy who caused all the NCAA problems.
