REDONDO BEACH, Calif. -- When national champion Alabama invades Southern California in its recruiting search for prep football talent and offers two of the best local offensive linemen, one stands up and take notice.

One takes even more notice when realizing the Alabama offensive line offers, prior to last Sunday's Los Angeles NFTC (Nike Football Training Camp), had yet to be matched by the hometown USC Trojans.
