With only eight days to go before signing day, USC's 2013 class is still in a state of flux, with much to be decided.
This is a far cry from six months ago, when the Trojans' class appeared set with 18 commitments and was sitting atop the ESPN class rankings. USC is No. 8 in the latest rankings with 13 verbal commitments, but there is still uncertainty with a few of the committed players, as well as the pursuit of several uncommitted prospects.

USC coach Lane Kiffin and assistants Ed Orgeron and Kennedy Polamalu were part of Pete Carroll's staff -- one that always seemed to finish recruiting on a high note. In the three years under Kiffin, that trend has continued.
