Triple threat of sales
Kiffin, Orgeron and Polamalu form recruiting tripod that's second to none

If there was a Mount Rushmore for USC recruiting this past decade, the faces of current head coach Lane Kiffin, recruiting coordinator and defensive line coach Ed Orgeron and running backs coach Kennedy Polamalu would be on it.
Sure, the Trojans didn't live up to their preseason No. 1 ranking on the field in 2012, but when it comes to the recruiting season, the firm of Kiffin, Orgeron and Polamalu have the cardinal and gold positioned once again as a serious challenger for the top 2013 recruiting class.
For much of this recruiting season, the Trojans, even with their small allotment of available scholarships (18), have been at or near the top of the 2013 class rankings. It was only recently that the Trojans surrendered the No. 1 spot to Florida Gators, thanks to some recent additions for the Gators.
