Expectations keep rising
Despite easy win Kiffin finds flaws with Trojans in season opener

You never read too much into the first game of the season.
A year ago in their season opener, the Trojans played a sloppy game against Minnesota, barely ran the ball, and Lane Kiffin was happy with a win but unhappy with the performance, saying the team had a lot to of work to do. They went on to a surprising 10-2 season, ending the year as a top-5 team.
This year, the Trojans again played somewhat of a sloppy game, and Kiffin was happy with the win but unhappy with the performance, giving his team a C. Where does the team end up this year?
