Barkleys excited about Matt's return to USC, say that QB was in control of process

LOS ANGELES -- Fathers are supposed to know best, but sometimes sons know even better.
Certainly, Les Barkley feels that way about his celebrated son, Matt, who handled the most important decision of his young life as coolly and effectively as he handles most crucial fourth-quarter passes of late.
Go pro and take the millions, or stay in school and accept the plaudits? NFL executives and USC fans collectively were holding their breath, waiting to see what the Barkley family would decide.
