Position-by-position review

LOS ANGELES -- USC exceeded most expectations that people had for it as a team this year, compiling a 10-2 record with wins at Oregon and Notre Dame. But how did the Trojans fare by position? Let's take a look.

At the end of the season, Matt Barkley had completed 308 of 446 passes for 3,528 yards, averaging 7.9 yards per attempt, throwing for 39 touchdowns with only 7 interceptions.

With question marks all around him at the beginning of the season, Barkley stepped up and led a team with seemingly nothing to play for to great things.
