Through the annals of college football, we've seen innovative, explosive, one-of-a-kind offensive systems come and go. But what we're witnessing out of that gridiron insane asylum known as Autzen Stadium may be with us for quite some time.
When the USC Trojans face the No. 4 Oregon Ducks on Saturday evening in cold and rainy Eugene, Lane Kiffin's club will again be facing one of the most prolific offensive systems college football has seen.
Think about it, how many times has USC opened up as a 14-point underdog, as it did this week against the Ducks? Maybe it's the fact the Trojans defense has given up 47 and 53 points, respectively, the last two times the teams have met.
