The legendary defensive coordinator won't be intimidated by Oregon's offense

LOS ANGELES -- The old man is the key.
Matt Barkley, Robert Woods and Marqise Lee certainly will have to be factors, but for USC to have a chance against Oregon in what has become a mega-game Saturday night in Eugene, it will first come down to a craggy-faced, slightly bent, 71-year-old gentleman who will spend his time peering out from the press box.
Monte Kiffin already has proved a lot of things this season.
