Quick hitters: Pass rush key
Front four need to make life easier on maligned secondary via the pass rush

They're only opinions, but at least they're all mine:
• After two games, the strength of this USC team is clearly up front on defense, where Nick Perry and DaJohn Harris, in particular, have been playing at a high level. That's good, because the Trojans will need a fierce pass rush as they start meeting the quality quarterbacks on their schedule.
• Wait, wait. The NCAA says Boise State committed "numerous major violations" involving more than 75 prospects and student-athletes in five sports, and all it gets nailed for is three fewer scholarships for three years and fewer contact scrimmages during the spring? They're kidding, right?
