January starts with three major all-star games littered with USC recruiting targets

LOS ANGELES -- Despite not playing in a bowl game, the USC Trojans have managed to create plenty of holiday buzz this year, first with the signing of four early enrollees -- two junior college players and two high school recruits -- then with the monumental announcement that quarterback Matt Barkley will return for his senior season.
Now that all four of the players who were considered early-entry possibilities in the NFL draft have made their decisions and the early signing period has passed, attention turns to the early January all-star games. With USC targets populating the three major games, Trojans fans hope the late momentum of 2011 continues into 2012.
