Notebook: Ramsey gets Oregon offer; USC to host prospects this weekend

Four-star cornerback Jalen Ramsey (Brentwood, Tenn./Brentwood Academy) was at his school's football team banquet Monday night when he received some surprising news: Oregon extended a scholarship offer.
The longtime USC commit had not yet researched the Ducks, but was intrigued by the new development.
"It doesn't change anything for me right now, but of course I'm going to look into them," Ramsey said. "I'm definitely going to look into them, research them and, if I have the opportunity, maybe I'll try to take a visit out there. But I'm definitely going to look into them. I can't say it's going to change things for me."
