LOS ANGELES -- This weekend marks the final opportunity for official visits before national signing day, and the USC staff will take full advantage of every possible minute to host recruits.
The weekend kicks off a little early at USC, as wide receiver Bryce Treggs (Bellflower, Calif./St. John Bosco) will visit the Trojans on Thursday and Friday, before heading up to Cal on Saturday. Treggs has been committed to Cal for months and is one of the Golden Bears' strongest recruiters, but when the Cal coaching staff was shuffled around, Treggs took the opportunity to look at the local schools, UCLA and USC. It remains highly unlikely that Treggs will wind up anywhere other than Cal, but Lane Kiffin is looking to take two receivers in this class, and Treggs is one of the top players in the state.
The weekend will have a definite out-of-state flair to it, as three top prospects from across the country are scheduled to be in attendance.
