LOS ANGELES -- As the Trojans conclude their second consecutive big weekend of recruiting, many of these high profile recruits walking around Heritage Hall have come from Orange and Los Angeles counties, geographic areas that have consistently produced loads of talent.
When looking over the last two major recruiting weekends on the Trojans' campus, it seems like business as usual, except there is been one local fertile recruiting area missing in action. When was the last time the Trojans didn't host a blue-chipper on an official visit from San Diego County?
Last year's recruiting class included highly touted San Diego County defensive tackle Christian Heyward (Point Loma, Calif./Point Loma), who redshirted this past season, so it's not like the Trojans are on some SDC recruiting famine.
While there aren't any San Diego County products on the Trojans' radar this year, the area has been fruitful for the Trojans in the past.
