USC landed a big commitment Wednesday night from a player who will likely be among the top recruits in the class of 2013. Kenny Bigelow (Bear, Del./Red Lion Christian Academy) visited the Trojans this past weekend and said he saw no reason to go through the process any longer.
"Man, USC is like a dream come true for me," Bigelow said. "That was the first time I've ever been to the West Coast before, and I've never seen anything like that. The crowd was huge, the game atmosphere was incredible. I mean, I've never seen that many people in one place before.
"The thing that really sealed it for me was Ed Orgeron. What a great man, and he's already like a father figure to me. He reminds me a lot of my current DL coach, and I know he's going to push me to be the best player I can be. He doesn't care who you are or how many stars you have. He's going to drive you and make you better, and that's what I'm looking for."
