AUSTIN, Texas -- The name grabbed Manny Diaz right away -- Steele Jantz. "It sounds like a heavy metal band, and he plays like it," the Texas defensive coordinator said.

Hard-driving, a little risky and always in your face -- yep, that's Iowa State's Steele Jantz.

"He will scramble to run and scramble to throw, which causes an immense amount of pressure on your coverage," Diaz said. "He will keep plays alive, and he will find [receivers] downfield."
