Texas' staff is anything but old hat; young guns have renewed Brown's verve

For now, someone has kept that Grecian Formula away from Texas coach Mack Brown.

But that doesn't mean Brown hasn't thumbed his nose at Father Time. The 60-year-old coach is young again. It took a post-midlife crisis for that to happen, and this one played out in front of the nation.
Yep, 5-7. The 2010 season record led to discontent and discontinued relationships with coaches and some of Brown's closest confidants in the profession. New blood -- what cynics would call fresh meat -- was brought in.
