Four things Texas must do to defeat Oregon State in Alamo Bowl

AUSTIN, Texas -- College football bowl games are hard to read. Some teams prepare well for a bowl game, while some do not have the discipline to manage being off for four weeks before they play again.
Texas has been a team that has been lacking in leadership, passion, resolve and even effort at times. Every Longhorns fan has questions about the Texas program, from the stability of the coaching staff to the momentum in recruiting to which Texas team will show up in San Antonio for the Valero Alamo Bowl against Oregon State.
There are four things the Texas Longhorns need to do in the Alamo Bowl to evaluate whether the program is OK and headed in the right direction.
