Big man James proves versatility
Class of 2013 prospect plays both sides and multiple line positions

HARKER HEIGHTS, Texas -- It has been 14 years since Harker Heights coach Mike Mullins last coached a player with recruiting buzz similar to that for Knights junior lineman Darius James. "I had one other kid, Quentin Jammer, at Angleton," Mullins said. Jammer, a cornerback who graduated from Angleton in 1996, is now in his 10th season in the NFL. The San Diego Chargers drafted him with the fifth overall pick in 2002 after an All-American career with the Texas Longhorns.
