Preseason injury slows Cavil's recruiting
The receiver prospect injured his hamstring and has not been able to play this season

SAN ANTONIO -- Dannon Cavil caught everything that was thrown his way inside Comalander Stadium on Sept. 30 as San Antonio (Texas) Madison got set to play San Antonio Johnson in a highly anticipated District 26-5A showdown.
The only problem was that Cavil made those snags from the sidelines, in street clothes, as a way to pass the time with an injured right hamstring.
"It's awful," said Cavil, who is a cousin of former Longhorns receiver Kwame Cavil. "I love playing football and not to be able to use what I have inside me, just kills me."
