DALLAS -- It's a whole lot easier to avoid someone on the football field than on the wrestling mat.
There are 120 yards of real estate available on a football field to run away from someone like Richardson (Texas) Lake Highlands' 6-foot-5, 300-pound junior offensive tackle Kent Perkins. If that's not enough, there are always band members and cheerleaders to hide behind.
Confined to a wrestling mat with him, however, one might as well tap out.
