WolverineNation recruiting writers asked Midwest regional coordinator Jared Shanker to join in on the discussion this week. Tom Van Haaren: This is a tough question because they're so close right now. I think Ohio State has a little more opportunity with higher-ranked players, so I think the Buckeyes will edge out Michigan. It will be slight, though, and doesn't take away from Michigan's class. It also could depend on what happens with corner Gareon Conley (Massillon, Ohio/Washington), who just took a visit to Ohio State. If he decides to flip to the Buckeyes, that would be a big swing.
